What to tell us
- Your postcode (so we can confirm coverage and price)
- The type of property — house, flat, commercial, etc.
- What's happening — smell, slow drainage, blockage, buying the property…
- Whether it's urgent or you're planning ahead
Getting a drain survey or repair quote
Because every drainage problem is different, we quote each job individually rather than from a fixed price list. When you send your details, we use them to confirm we cover your postcode and to work out a realistic price before anyone visits. As a result, there are no surprises when the crew arrives.
We work across major UK cities and the surrounding areas, and we reply to every enquiry by email during office hours. For a straightforward survey, we can usually offer an appointment within a few days, and your report normally follows the same day as the visit. However, if your situation is urgent — flooding, sewage backing up or a complete blockage — say so in your message, and we will prioritise the fastest available response.
You do not need to know what is wrong before you get in touch. In fact, that is exactly what a CCTV survey is for, because we look first, show you the footage, and only then recommend any work. Consequently, you always know what you are paying for and why.
